Workflow Clone & Merge Actions

With the Workflow Clone & Merge Actions from Integration Glue, you can clone records and their associated records (Merge Actions coming soon).

 

Ideal for creating templates and saving time, especially with data-rich records such as standard Deals and Line Items.

Automatically clones all editable/non-system properties from the source record and associated records:

  • Optionally select Associated records to be Cloned

  • Optionally set the Prefix and Suffix of your new records

  • Clone any Object record (Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Custom Objects)

  • Any errors or issues are logged against HubSpot Workflow

Fully managed within HubSpot Workflows - once installed you do not need to login to any other system to manage your association actions.

 

When you register for Integration Glue, you will get access to a whole bunch of HubSpot Workflow and Data productivity actions, such as Actions to Associate records, get User/Owner information and add to a Property or calculate a date.

 

Integration Glue pricing is based on utilisation, so you can use all of our apps together under a single license and you will only be charged for the total credits you use per month.

 

Integration Glue does not retain any data when using this app; it simply reads and outputs data to your own HubSpot portal.

Clone a Record

Clone a Record including all editable/non-system Properties.

Note: Properties that cannot be manually set, such as the creation date, will not be copied.

Clone Associations

Optionally clone associated Records when cloning another record, e.g. clone associated Line Items when cloning a Deal.

Clone Line Items from one Deal to another

Clone Line Items from one Deal to another Deal. Optionally choosing to clone all Line Items or just recurring Line Items.

Delete current Record

Delete the current enrolled Record.

Merge same Object Record

  3. Create a new Workflow or edit an existing Workflow.
  4. Add one of the Workflow Clone & Merge Actions.
  5. Configure the Action.
  6. Run the Workflow to see your updated data.

The Solution

Install

Find the Micro App/s that best meets your needs and install them within your HubSpot Portal. If you are new to Integration Glue you will be prompted to complete your registration and to add your credit card details in case you exceed the free tier.

Configure

Micro Apps vary in their functionalities within HubSpot, but generally, after installation, you should expect to see either new Actions in your Workflows or Custom Cards in the Right Hand Column of records. You can then proceed to set up triggers and configure your actions in Workflows or manually trigger the Micro App from records.

Optimise & Extend

At any time, you have the ability to modify the configuration and add more Micro App Workflow actions. Additionally, you can install other Micro Apps within your Integration Glue account without incurring additional charges. All credits from your Micro Apps will be summed up and charged for the month, and as long as you do not surpass your credit limit for the current tier, you will not be required to pay any further fees.
