##### Docusign & HubSpot Integration 

- New functionality 
    - Ability to create fields/custom fields on documents sent via "Docusign Send Document for Signature" action
    - Sync values to HubSpot from created fields/custom Fields to HubSpot properties

- Bugfixes 
    - Sync values from Docusign documents to HubSpot properties
    - Fixed fields not being created when using phone property types
